ok so i'm a 40D and it really kills my back and i wanna get one done and do u think i will be able to get on done and the my insurance cover it..or am i not big enough?

If you complain to the PS about your back pain you should be able to get coverage for your brEast reduction. It does not matter if you think you aren't big enough. What matters is you have back pain due to your heavy breasts. Complaints about grooves in your shoulders and rashes under your breasts also help get insurance to cover you.
Make sure you go to a PS that is in your health plan. If you do not you will be paying more out of pocket than if you go to a PS in your health plan. They can pay anywhere from 50-100% of your total costs.
