Ok my mom died when I was 8 I am now 15. Last year we had some neighbors move in to the house next to us. They have a family of six the mom and dad and 2 girls and 2 boys. Well I have been getting jealous of the two girls (10 and 12) because I see everything in their mom that I want in a mom. She takes them shopping a lot, she just sits and talks with them. I really want to be able to just sit down alone with her and tell her how I feel, but it never seems right. She has a family of her own to take care of. she doesn't need to be worrying about me. I have thought several times about commiting suicide, but then chicken out because I think of how my life is ok when i'm out snowboarding. The neighbors mom offers to take me into town with her and her daughters almost daily when they are just running errands. I turn it down, I don't know why but I just do. I quess I just want her to figure out what I need but it's not gonna happen. Whats going on and what should I do about it??

you can talk to somebody at your school. just tell her that you'd like to spend some one on one time with her because you think she's nice. Im sure she would jump at the chance, as you can be sort of a mentor for HER kids. Make friends with her. Also, suicide wont help, because you wont have gained anything. But im not going to preach about religion and stuff, so just take a chance and talk to her. Feel free to email me if you want to talk!
you seem REALLY nice!

Get to know her better and maybe when you think the time is right, tell her abut how much you miss your mom and maybe if she could, like, fill in as a mom. Just be there for you like she does with her own children. Good luck.

And don't go commiting suicide. That won't solve anything and will just leave your family devasated and sorrowful.

Jealousy and Depression. How sad. So their life is better, why do you care? actually, strike that, why do you think their life is any better than yours? If you both are in the same class (middle, low-middle, high-middle) then it should even out to be the same. If you are an only child than be thankful, siblings S U C K!

Its ok to feel jealous about some things. Why not accept her offer and go to town with them the next time they go? It would probably be fun.

Don't commit suicide its not worth it! You wont end up somewhere good... but anyway next time she asks you to join them, just go, you will probably have a great time!

First off, please don't commit a suicide! Imagine how the world would be without you!

And u know it's ok to be jealous! Next time, accept her offer and go to town with them the next time they go? It would probably be really fun.

Go to town with them. She wouldn't ask if she didn't want you to go with them. If you get her alone ask her if you guys can talk about stuff sometime. I sure she would love to talk to you about anything. Good luck hun an stick in there :)
