Okay, I don't eat meat, but how bad would it be to have 1 small french fry order and 1 small diet coke everyday....is that really so bad?

Well fries are loaded with fat and calories....you should check the nutritional values at the restaurant for exact numbers (McD's used to have them printed on the backs of the placemats) If you want fries everyday you'll have to at least make sure that you are cutting fat calories some where else in your diet. And ask for no salt, if you really need salt get a small packet on the side and barely sprinkle some on top.

i know it doesn't sound like much but all those calories and fat grams add up! u cant decide not to eat meat and then eat a bunch of of junk food! Being a vegetarian is a healthy way of eating not a pure junk food diet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
