Hey am confused and was wondering there was anyone out there that can help me!!!

What is the difference in colour of ovulation bleeding to implantation bleeding and how long do the bleed's generally last for?

A bit of my history................

I have two cycles one that lasts for 29 days and another that lasts for 39 days! I had light spotting and brown discharge that was a bit bitty, that lasted for about 3 and half days!!!!? If this happened if i'm in the day of my 29 day cycle then It maybe implantation, if it is the 39 day cycle it could be ovulation bleeding.

Help?

You can bleed when ovulating.

Actually there is such a thing as ovulation bleeding. Just google "ovulation bleeding" and you will find several articles that verify that many women experience some light bleeding when they ovulate. Not sure if thats what the lead poster is experiencing, but there is in fact such a thing. Here is one link that talks about it:

Ovulation Bleeding??? In case you have an awfully short cycle then it might be implantation bleeding.. However i've certainly not bled from ovulation bleeding. To not demean what nurses do, on the grounds that they're very fundamental but are attempting talking to your health care provider directly next time. My recommendation is solely to attend and see if your interval arrives, and take a look at not to stress. It it was implantation bleeding you do not need stress to interfere. Excellent success! Omg, since when do women bleed while they're ovulating?! I'm pretty sure bleeding is only supposed to happen on your period. As for implantation bleeding, it's more of a light spotting, but not every woman gets it. I had no implantation bleeding when I got pregnant.

YOU do not bleed during ovulation!!! If you meant your normal period then here is the difference..
your period is heavy, enough to go through MORE then one pad/tampon/panty liner - in one/two hours.
implantation bleeding is just a panty liner in one day.
Hope this answered your question. As for your implantation bleeding since it the color was reddish brown...no you are not pregnant. Sorry, implantation bleeding is VERY light in color, almost PINK...not red or reddish brown.
