i dont know how to do it, has anyone got any tips for me.

Some ps3s arent backwards compatible so you might not be able to play whatever game it is your are trying. Is there any usb to usb cables if so try that. Use your intstruction manual its your best bet.

On Thursday (Day Before Release) Sony released information saying that many old PS2 games are unable to be played on the PS3. There is a website which you can search and it tells you if there are glitches with the game but unfortunatley I cannot find it anymore

I had that, but when i upgraded it it would play the ps2 games. The PS3 is easy to use it's nearly the same as using PSP, but the PS3 is better. You have to connect the PS3 to the Internet using ethernet leads and ports, your computer might be using them right now.

Europe has been shafted again . The PS3 in Europe hasn't got the "emotion engine " chip . This is obviously to save money .So why is the European PS3 £100 more than the fully backward compatible US version .
Shame on you Sony .

Have you connected you PC to the internet yet?
If not you need to connect.

Once connected go to the system update menu and it will automatically update,

Its really simple as ive just done it myself

its like the xbox 360 you need to connect to the internet and it will download a driver that will make the game work ( if they have one ) .
