At the time I said no, but I was wondering if anyone knew why she was asking. Like what might she be looking for? Yesterday, I did have a little bit of discomfort ( I wouldn't even call it pain ) on my left side. At the time, I just wrote it off as more round ligament pain. But I'm starting to wonder. It is Sunday so I would rather not call the doctors emergency number if it is nothing. Any ideas.

My doctor did Ask me that too around that time you really start ..STARTING to show,And you will get some pains just from the ligaments like you said..

be sure at your appointments to ASK, I always do that I have questions like crazy then get in there and go blank :)

but the pain you have sounds like Round Ligament pain,Any question id call you doctors office and just say..to the nurse or whomever you are talking to What the doctor said..Then say..I am experiencing some of that pain now just wondering if I should be concerned.

Good luck!

I am not quiet sure why she would be asking that, at 16 wks if you were having a tubal pregnancy you would have bleeding and very bad pain!
Maybe the baby is positioned in a bad area, to far up on the left, on the cervix or something. You should have asked her why she asked.
Tomorrow morning when they open, call them and ask them point blank. It is your body and your pregnancy to KNOW the answer so just ask.
