Check to see if you have Media Player 10 or 11.. Also Java and adobe reader....Go to your add/remove area and it will tell you....Microsoft dowloads have most...if they dont have them all just enter the names in the search bar and a website will come up providing downloads

First my suggestion here is applied on local video files not the broadcasted over the internet.

If you just can't open some specific video file not all then I guess the needed video codec is not installed on your system, Try to install some codec package available on the internet like StormCodec which enables windows media player to run all video types.

on the spot is unquestionably slower than a under pressure connection. A under pressure connection can the two be a giga-bit connection, one hundred-megabit connection, or if using old kit, going at 10-megabits. this could be a dedicated element-to-element velocity if using a swap, or shared bandwidth if using a hub. a typical on the spot connection is in basic terms going at 11-megabits shared bandwidth except you're using the latest hardware. the latest kit will bypass as much as fifty 4-megabits, yet the two ends must be fifty 4-megabits able otherwise it rather is going to fallback to the slowest basic denominator. improve to the latest on the spot router and adapter to your pc to get quicker speeds. you additionally could be certain that there are actually not too many partitions between your workstation and the on the spot kit as which will degrade the sign. attempt to discover your workstation as near to the on the spot kit as achieveable to get a greater suitable sign. those will additionally help.
