There is no World Cup in 2008. The Euro Cup is in 2008 and will held in Switzerland and Austria. The next World Cup is 2010 and it will be held in South Africa.

There is no World Cup in 2008, only other championships like the Euro Cup. That one will be held in Austria and Switzerland. The World Cup 2010 will be held in South Africa.

there is no FIFA World Cup being held in 2008. instead, it is the European Championship finals in AUSTRIA & SWIZERLAND from 07 June to 29 June 2008. 16 teams from all over Europe will be featured in the finals.
SOUTH AFRICA will host the next FIFA World Cup finals from 11 June to 11 July 2010.
