Yes there is. Soak for a little bit in warm water, take some tylenol. Use something flat, ex) nail file, tooth pick, ect. to lift up the corner. ( Oh yeah, its GONNA HURT! but its better than surgery!!!)Then take a small piece of cotton from a q-tip or cotton ball, and place it under enough to hold it up, but not to far, and volia, after a couple of days it wil be fixed. (Not to mention right after putting the cotton in, it feels SO much better!)

Is it swollen and bleeding? If so, I recommend you see a doctor. But you can try bathing it in salt and warm water which can bring down the swelling, and perhaps solve your problem. Other than that there isn't much you can do.
I know how you feel. I've had some of the worst ingrown toenails in history. I think I only cured one by bathing it. The rest I ended up getting fixed surgically.
