Do you actually thing the Industry Lobbyist will allow the use of Condoms? The Redpublican backed Abortion Business is trying to maximize the number of Abortions.
One Industry in particular is the Women's Cosmetic Industry. They process fetal tissue to make collagen for face cream and make-up. Did you actually think they threw the babies away. NO fetal tissue is marketed like a commodity. A bushel of corn a bushel of babies.
This is one of the reasons much of the Cosmetic Industry moved to China. With China's mandatory abortion laws. China has billions of fetuses that can be ground up for facial cream.

Eric, I'm right with you regarding these ignorant repugs. They can't decide what they want as far as breeding goes. They want to outlaw abortions yet when the kids come, they don't want to help the disadvantaged take care of it! They don't want the fetus aborted but they don't want to care for it once it gets here! Don't you creeps understand that an unwanted child will be a target for abuse and will likely live in poverty for his/her whole life? Hell, you won't dare adopt one of these kids you fought so hard to keep from being aborted and you sure as hell will fight tooth and nail against feeding/clothing it with your tax dollars! No, you would much rather make a trip to the soviet union and adopt a blond headed, blue eyed baby, right? We read about it all the time! Condoms in the happy meals does not solve the problems. Abortions only go after the symptom and not the cause. But let me ask you a question.
When did you ever foster or adapt a black, Latino or unwanted child from any race. I would bet never. All you conservatives do is say do not do it and be blind to the dismal results that follow. Just like how you are trying to solve the problems in IRAQ by pretending saying no to terrorists and use the military as a solution to a problem that can only be solved by diplomacy.
