I think he should testify under oath and then if he is caught lying him and Libby can reminisce in jail about the good ol' day's of the Bush administration. .

Yes. But only if it can be proven that he lied in the course of his duties as AG, or lied to any court (whether under oath or not), or that he lied to Congress.

Those actions are in violation of his ethical obligations as an attorney, and his oath of office as AG. And thus grounds for removal from his position as AG.

Just making false statments in private or about private matters is not grounds for disbarment. Violating his ethical obligations as an attorney is.
