USG of early pregnancy report( date march 22 2007):
- Gestational sac seen menially on right side of fundus uterus could be supseptate
- Features are suggestive of early intrauterine gestation (5.1 wks)
- No fetal pole seen inside
(tommorow appointment with Dr.Today is sunday)
Followup USG
Note: No bleeding and cramping

Looks like the pregnancy stopped progressing weeks ago. A fetal pole develops first and even if the dates were off by a week or 2 it would still have been visible. Cramping and bleeding do not always occur. If it doesn't expell on it's own a D&C will be done.
