For some reason I get a Problem, Must Close Message. Can't print some files.?

I am computer novice. I believe this problem has to do with a conflict between Javascript and Microsoft, Acrobat Reader, etc. I saw somewhere we have until December 31, 2007 to resolve but I'm getting a Add On problem now and can't even get tax documents printed. Anyone know what this about and..................How Can I fix it. Thanks!
