what good bands can you recommend for me?

Some of my favorite bands are:
Guster, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Gin Blossoms, Hard-Fi, Goo Goo Dolls, Rogue Wave, The Wallflowers.. ect..
I like music that's upbeat and catchy. I don't really like today's mainstream pop and rap.

ok all american rejects and Panic! at the disco. they're great to me.Plus, they are very upbeat and catchy. And Daughtry is very rock but i love they're songs! Oh and if your wondering, i mean Chris Daughtry from season6 when taylor hicks won! he has a great band now. he's pretty rock though.
