what things can i do to boost my metabolism i am desparate as i no my weight loss will come to a stand still shortly...or so ive read!!! does vinegar help?? like if i ate a jar of cockles with vinager in the morning would it help my metabolism through the day..also doing about half hour of exersis..maybe increassing to one hour every morning will this also help. does it help the body alot also to do exersises just b4 bed??? im dreading the day when i stop loosing weight so dont want this to happen..thanks

Vinegar does have properties to aid in some weightloss, but not with a jar of cookies. Increasing your excersize is good but not before bed because it can affect your ability to fall asleep.

dont ever eat a jar of cockles? again. an hour of exercise would be perfect. stretch alot. an hour before bed and an hour when you wake up would be perfect. eat alot of raw veges and fruits. drink green tea alot and coffee and red bull. they speed up the metabolism. i think guarana speeds it up too so if you can find stuf with that in it. but im telling you green tea is amazing.
