It is John Cena. I read on a wrestling news website that Cena and McMahon like to hang out backstage during RAW and Cena was reffered to as McMahon's "pet".
McMahon also likes Bobby Lashley a lot. He wants to push him as much as possible to be on the top of WWE. Seems he wants to make him bigger than Cena, maybe even HHH.

Vince likes both Cena and Lashley. i read somewhere that Vince is making sure Cena and Lashley are being booked carefully because he considers them the future of the wwe. :)
