Because they didn't catch her in possesion of alcohol, and that is 9/10ths of the law. There would be nothing to base a case on unless they found her with alcohol or drugs. You could walk up to any cop and tell them you smoked weed last week and they wouldn't be able to arrest you unless you had some right then.

Because only non-celebrity teens go to jail or get fined, how do these underage celebs keep getting into bars where everyone knows they are underage?

If we start imprisonating underage drinkers, we would have to build a lot more prisons. I would rather put Donald Trump in jail for a bad haircut.

Same reason a killer that killed two people and couldn't have left more evidence at the scene if he had exploded there and a known child molester walks. Then a lady makes a few bucks over a phone call goes to prison. Our justice system is a big joke and a circus. !!! Justice??? Right...its all about the money and race it seems like.

bc she had donald the hair flip trump bail her out ..I think its rather stupid that an ordinary person would go to jail yet the so called famous or well known peeps go to rehab and all is forgotten..what a crock of crap. I dont care who ya are or what amount of money U got..u do the crime do the damn time..lil kim did, so did martha. to name a few...but these lil cry baby girls do 30 day rehab n claim to be cured..what crap is that.. hollywood has like its own police force these days..someone needs to step in and police their police force..bc they obviously aint doin they job...
