What if I achieved a distinction in a Masters in Commercial and Corporate Law as well as the degree?

Yeah, go for it.

2:2 isn't that bad, it may not be "good" enough to work for accenture, but didn't accenture advise Enron? At least a 2:2 means you probably didn't cheat. (no comment about the jerks who work for accenture, just that there are people who will sell university papers for a price).

Most law programs will not keep students with Cs since many graduate level programs require a 3.0 or better.
