I'm definitely worth more. I know it, my employer knows it too. I'm funded through a grant, so there isn't anyway to change it.
I enjoy the work though, so it isn't a problem. The project ends in a few months, and then I'll pick up a more lucrative one elsewhere.

Sure i do I am a teacher assistant for a school Houston and the company has'nt given raises in years Im talking 10-15 years were still hearing its's not in the budget were there day in day out trying to teach dealing with the behavior problems its a tough job and not everyone can do it so sure I do think I more valuable than what I currently make......

I think I am more valuable than what I make but I love my job which is probably why I am valuable to the company, so I stay
