im doing an art project at school for my gcse which is about 'conflict'. the only thing that i can thing of is war... anyone have any other ideas? i need inspiring!

Racism, sexuality erm...they're two I can think off.

being young, I know it's a problem we all seem to get faced with (I'm 17 doing my ***) - the whole 'fitting in' thing. Like conflict between different 'social groups' such as chavs, emo's, goth's and things like that? There seem to be a lot of stereotypes at my school. Infact it's a bit like the canteen in Mean Girls with the whole 'cool asians' and 'art freaks' thing!

Road rage, parents/children. You could even think about conflicting colours and textures - for example, a purple metallic tree which conflicts with our accepted convention of a tree, if you see what I mean?

divorce..that always causes conflict...you could get loads of pictures of household items..make up a man and woman...from half of each item...with his written on all his..and hers written on all hers...have them with their backs towards each other, but not touching..put the word conflict up the middle of them
