Outside the body, they are cooler then any other part of the body. They are located under the penis. Within in them the male sperm cell is produced.

You really do not know the location ?
It is located outside the body, so that the internal warmth of the body does not hinder sperm production. I think the temperature should be below 24 deg C to have better production.
