the library does not allow you to download things to their computers and i am finding all the burn music sites i have visited requires you to download their sites program or whatever it would be called so if i can't download to the computer why can't i download the program to a personal blank cd-r or other appropriate disc. i would think you could but i have tried and got no where don't other people burn music at the library what am i doing wrong i got a bank account recently all in hopes to use my debit card to burn music off the internet im a music fanatic and the kind of music that is not easily found outside the internet so i am really loosing all hope in me burning music one day please someone point me in the right direction thats easy and if there is affordable sites that would be so great... thanxs

1st he is a punk

2nd use punctuation nobody can understand you

3rd you cant do what your saying. You can download a program to a cd, but if the librarys computers stop you from downloading theres nothing you can do.

Use your debit card to buy a computer of your own, then you can download/burn/rip etc for yourself.
