i found some ants in my washroom. there is a very very tiny hole in the wall of jackuzee . is it dangerous? or its normal and how to prevent these ants .can any body help me please?

Put cinnamon around the house and any holes. Ants hate cinnnamon and won't go near it. I don't know if it's true but it's an old wive's tale. I always go to the store and buy ant traps.

Seal all cracks and holes with either a foam that hardens or with a caulk. You can get all this stuff at a home improvement store like Home Depot or Lowes.
Also, spray every other day or so for at least 2 weeks around door and window frames. Use ant specific spray, not a general bug spray. Finally, make sure there is no leaks or standing water anywhere. Ants need water.
