The next size up would be Juniors X-small shirts and Juniors 1-3 Pants.

It's rare to find anything bigger than a 14/16, however occasionally you can find a size 18.
If that's not available, go to the juniors section and it's going to be a size small, and in pants a 0-2.

Juniors. Some places have XL in childrens sizes that go up to a 16. But your best bet would be Medium in Juniors.
