Is that Celcius or Fahrenheit? In Celcius, that is fine. But in Fahrenheit that is too cold.

no you cannot have them where the a/c is. the cold air will cause them to become sick. most likely with a respiratory infection.

keep it somewhere where the temp. doesnt change or fluctuate a lot
it has to be normal room temp.!
