would it be best for me to go for a pharmacology degree, or get a phd in pharmacy?

You need to have some health care (knowing medicine and illness) and great at sales. It's good to drop in on your clients and know how to talk to them - (MD/DMD)..
with medical lingo. I would think being in pharmacy helps but it's a "whole" package. Can you talk to anyone. Do you know your medical lingo and the co. can help you with the drugs.

My Brother did a BS in Pharmacy & then an MS in Medicinal Chemistry He worked for Merck as a reseacher and now works as a researcher at a prominent pharmacutical co. He designs new drugs, Do whatever your career people say
