Ok people, its not only for his looks, yea, he looks REALLY good, but hes talented, writes goo poems, and when he wrestles, hes not afraid to go to the Xtreme!

I'm basing my answer on long term, not the here and now... Matt Hardy will have a stong lengthy carreer, while his brother Jeff, with his high lying and high risk taking is gonna crash and burn one of these times. If not in the ring, out side of it. Jeff Hardy is a risk taker in everything he does, and it is going to catch up to him one day, I really hope I'm wrong.
Matt Hardy seems to be the logical choice!

Jeff Hardy definently has more in ring ability than his brother. No offense to Matt though, he can hold his own too. But Jeff is more of a risk taker and that's what I like to see.

Not sure who looks better, but for me Jeff Hardy.
When it comes to strength I would say Matt Hardy and when it comes to speed and technique of corz Jeff.
Anyways, both are very competitve. They can always outlast the other.

If you are referring about athleticism, I would say Matt Hardy. Jeff Hardy is more the extremist. Talk about having a disregard for their own body.
