I would recommend a source of heat (moist warm towel, heating pad, shower) and massaging the area. The heat will help relax the muscle and the massage will help even more so. If this continues for a while, I would speak with your doctor. This could be an issue with foods, illness, or other things. Stress is one thing that can cause cramps throughout your body, including the stomach.

if u keep workin out for the rest of ur life the cramps will go away...or u could use a heat pad n put it on ur stomach...or take medicine like motrin

If it's menstrual cramps try midol it worked for me, anything else see your doc.

omfg this always happends to me ! do like stretches wif my stomach or you can take medication like to make your stomach stop hurting
