The same way to keep your butt or your feet clean - wash it. It's just another part of the body. Pull the foreskin back, wash it, dry it, and you're done.

Cleaning and keeping an uncircumcised penis clean is very easy. During a shower, simply retract the foreskin so the entire glans (penis head) is exposed, then wash the area with a mild soap and water like any other part of the body. This way you'll wash the outside of the foreskin and what's usually covered inside the foreskin.
After a shower you can dry the area with a towel if you want, but it's not that necessary. If you want, you can retract the foreskin while you pee and then wipe the excess urine on a piece of toilet paper or the back of your hand (you're going to wash your hands anyway); this way, no urine remains under the foreskin and foul-smelling odors should be eliminated or greatly reduced. A kind of musky - not particularly pleasant smelling but not bad either, neutral - smell is normal.

try to keep flushable wipes in the restroom at home. i had a roomate that was uncut and he swears by them. everytime he used the restrooom he would pull back the foreskin and clean with one of the wipes.
