What tools do I need to create my web site?

I have the domain, but I need some tools! Which ones should I get, and where can I get them?

MS Frontpage 2003 is my choice for making webpages. You can get it at mininova.org and many other places.

LOL @ Truth Seeker. Basically any website designing program. I would recommend DreamWeaver, though you can also find some free website designing programs, they're just not as versatile.

A screwdriver, a hammer and a pair of pliers. You can find them at Ace Hardware or Sears.
