When I cry I'm usually so overwhelmed that I can't think of what to say, so I usually say the same phrase over and over.

hmm, i didnt know that was such a common phenomena.
i would assume you're talking about times of extreme shock...things like "oh my god, oh my god" or "my baby my baby" or "no, no no no"
clear honest answer i can give you - i have no idea why that happens. it may be just shock...i can only think of sometihng like that in a moment of extreme shock, like when someone dies suddenly or some other unexpected thing happens. usually, when I cry - i dont say anything, to be quite honest. i just cry.
