ive got it un bolted but i cant get out up there the exaust manifold do i need 2 take the cylnoied off 2 get it out

On some models you have to take the exhaust pipe off the manifold to have room

it should be the same as mine.i have a 88 olds 3.8 and all i did was take out the 2 bolts and twisted it down around,so the selonoid would clear.maybe yours got a bracket that need to be removed.

jack up the front end and take the front passenger tire off and turn the steering wheel all the way to the right and you should be able to get it out.We have had to do this on several cars.
