Boys:
Michael makes a great first name because middle names are pretty easy.
Michael Scott flows pretty well.
Michael Joseph, not so much, but still sounds decent.
Cameron makes a not so great first name because middle names are hard to come by.
Anthony Scott is good, too.
Joseph Cameron is alright, but I'd avoid Cameron if I were you...
Girls:
Christina
Aubree
Stephanie
Caroline
And don't go with MiKayla or any of it's other forms, please.
When choosing a first and middle name---make it flow. If the first name is long, make the middle short or vice versa.
Like as in Christina Nicole, Anna Marie, Rebecca Marie...
Christina Stephanie doesn't flow.
Micayla Abrie really doesn't flow.
Niether does Micayla Caroline.
Caroline Abrie would go, but in Abrie the last syllable is stressed as in Caroline so it doesn't go.
That's another thing, make sure if the first name has a stressed last syllable than the middle name has a stressed first syllable.
First syllables stressed in both names are good, too, though.
JENifer REbecca. DANiel RObert.
Stuff like that.
Christina makes a good first name.
A two syllable middle name works best, though.
Christina Nicole. Christina Abrie might even work.
Depends on Abrie, though. Is is (ah-BREE) or (AH-bree)?
With Christina (ah-BREE) sounds better.

For a boy, Cameron Scott sounds nice and for a girl, how about Stefani Michelle (female equivalent of Michael). Just a thought. Congratulations and good luck!!

Wow those are a lot of names, but here goes...
Scott Cameron--I kind of like Scott, but I prefer it as a middle name. I don't really like Cameron, but it's definitely better on a boy than on a girl. Cameron Scott would flow better
scott michael--The flow is off to me. I love Michael though, so what about Michael Scott?
scott joseph--Ditto to the above--I think Joseph Scott is better
anthony cameron--Anthony is a great name and it's underused. Not so sure about the flow.
anthony michael--Great choice, I love it =)
anthony joseph--Ditto to Anthony Michael
cameron joseph--It's okay.
cameron scott--I don't like Cameron, but the flow is absolutely perect.
