Is the Internet we know today still maturing and evolving to it's full potential? What will the next generation Internet be like? What would it be like when it's at it's full potential?

Is still in adolescence, The way research going / under trail, in another 5 years, it reaches a more friendly stage. Remember, there is no end. Or as you said full potential.
