I like RPG games and MMORPG games, but I don't know Internet Adresses with games like those. Ideas please, I wanna some free games, chattable, where you can have an option of paying or without that option.

For free mmorpg, http://www.mmosite.com and http://www.onrpg.com is the top 2 site regarding free mmorpg. Check out the gamevaults of mmosite, they have a bunch great free mmorpgs out there. Such as, Scions of fate, Silkroad online, Trickster Online, Corum Online, Fly for fun, ect.
I suggest view these vaults by yourself and make your own judgement to find out the best shot. For mine, my top 3 will be Scions of fate, Silkroad Online and Eudemons.

Gunbound is like Tank where you use angle and power to shoot eachother (but with a twist :))
Rakion is an mmorpg where you fight eachother using spells (its not turned base)
Maple story is a side scrolling mmorpg but it takes forever to level up
