YES!! All are born with the chance to work and make a success of their lives. All are born with the chance to blunder, be lazy and fail.
Therefore a poor man can strive and become rich and successful while a man born rich can fail and become a drop out.
Equality in this instance is in the mind. Those who think they are not equal have already made their chances slimmer and indeed made themselves unequal but were not born that way!

Yes in some ways, men are born equal in reference to time and opportunity given to them to make their life better and be meaningful. They are only different maybe in their attitude in viewing life and making their choices.
