Please please please ignore the two assinine posts above this one. www.exploretalent.com is scam and don't get me started on a couple of those other links.
You want websites? Start with www.backstage.com. From there I would search yahoo groups for a local film group. Never pay anyone up front to represent you or to join their "agency" which is what places like exploretalent require you to do. You need to get some acting experience if you want a fighting chance at movie auditions. I would do some local theater at your community college to get started. From here you'll learn about auditions from other actors and hear about other groups as well. Read the trade magazines like Variety and the aforementioned Backstage.
Depending on what state you are located in, Texas for example has a website that list movie productions currently being filmed throughout the state. You can google a search to see if yours has one assuming you are not in one of the 3 big markets of LA, New York and Chicago. Goodluck. And last but not least, pick up some books at the library. There is so much false info out on the net. Acting is a business that is full of con artists just waiting to take advantage of someone who has stars in their eyes wanting to be famous. People get blinded by their dreams sometimes and this is one business where there are plenty of vultures waiting to feed on your greenness.

None of the links posted are legitimate if you are serious about being an actor.
Find the best actingteacher, in the city where you live, and study acting. Become friends with the actors in your class as they can guide you on how the theatre industry works.
After that, audition for plays in your city. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, look online for audition information, as anything posted online are not legitimate!
Never pay for audition information! Read the online newspaper for actors, Backstage.com, it has a lot of information that will be useful for you.
IMPORTANT: Actors NEVER, NEVER, pay to audition.

You would have to be in CA, Los Anglos. And your going to have to be real, real good. Becasue it is a doggie dog world out there. It also helps to have an agent.
