Try a clay bar first, it will remove the spay paint without harming the finish like harsher polishes can.

I used to work in an aircraft paint shop and there are some things that you can use. Mineral spirits, enamel reducer, or things like that were what we used to remove paint from things. Be carefull with those though because if you use too much or rub to hard you can start to remove the real finish. We also had some really good buffing compounds that we just dabbed on a rag and buffed out with lightly with our fingers. The buffing compounds would be safest.

Try using T Cut or asking a local parts store about something that will remove paint. T Cut is used for fine polishing of finished paint and will remove stray paint too.
