First you need a TV tuner, next you may need a subscription depending on the station. However TV has never been a hit on PCs because nowadays its video streaming are provided from saved videos to your PC.

If anyone in your household has a tv already then you are covered! As long as they already have purchased a licence!

hi Ive been watching TV on my computer but not throu an aerial but throu my broadband connection and it was just to see what other people see in other countries, so i looked it up

Only if you're watching the BBC. That's the only reason people have licenses.. the BBC are the only channel that don't receive any money/sponsors throught advertisements. x

i think that if you are recieving a signal no matter what the source you have to have a liecence in the uk
