When they type your reg into the computer all your information will come up on the car.
They also take photos of the car.
You can ask for them to send you a photograph.
But you need to be honest was you in the wrong?
if the answer is yes then pay the fine.

I thought the same when I received one which was actually illegible; there was no clear writing on it due to a sudden cloud burst. The simpleton had'nt even put it in a plastic bag, nor had the idiot seen the disabled badge in the car. Did I get off, did I eck.

Sorry to disappoint you, but if the car reg is correct, you don't really stand a chance. If you appeal, you'll probably get a letter saying that the colour is just an additional information.

As long as the reg is correct it's legitimate. Why do people like you think rules don't apply to you, and that just because a car park is full, you can park in an illigal spot?? People are so lazy when they can't just drive down the road, park and walk a few yards..............

No. The value ticket is purely meant to be a reference, and not an professional rfile. you will possibly be able to, besides the fact that, have the flexibility to combat the value ticket with the help of asserting that the officer wrote it incorrectly. however the value ticket remains valid.

well done, now, go and buy a lottery ticket ASAP!
The Fine is invalid for sure, but some poor bugger will be getting letters through their door.

It depends... If the judge (or his wife) has a bad case of PMS, you get screwed no matter what. On the other hand, if the judge got lucky, you may win the case. I'm sure the [il]leagal system in UK is the same circus as it is in the US...

It may depend upon where you live. For example London has different rules to the rest of England and Scotland, Wales also have different rules.
