Sports Bra's & Other Help?
I am a 15 year old girl that can run pretty fast. I play volleyball, but it doesn't seem to effect me then. I will be going up for track next week, and I use to run, but now I have a bit of a problem. It hurts to run because I have DD's, and I can't really find a good Sport's Bra. What would be a good way to make it less painful so I can run like I use to? Serious replies please.
No need to be immature about it.

OK i'm not a girl but i can give you a sensible answer!
You really should find a good women outfitters that have the properly trained staff to help measure you up for a bra, look in the Yellow Pages or similar.
There will probably be a sports bra that will be comfortable but you may have to try a few different ones out.
good luck!

You need to go to a bra specialty store like Bra World. They will fit you for the proper sports bra. It may not be cheap but you will get what you need to be comfortable while playing sports.

In some cases Walmart sells sports bras but I don't know what sizes they come in anymore. You can try them first. Of ask the gym coach at your school. And maybe ask your doctor to suggest something.

Good luck.
