well it hasn't been released to the big screen yet.
The release date is May 4th 2007. It will probably be about 6 months after before it's released on dvd. More than likely, right before christmas.

Spiderman 3 has not been in theaters yet. The movie will probably be out on DVD later in the year like in mid-fall.

I'd say sometime between September and November because the movie isn't even out in theaters it comes out on May 4th, 2007 in theaters though
