Unable to download anything in hotmail. When download button is hit, program goes into a loop to first page.?

The download does work about every fourth try. If there is a corrupted file in hotmail, can hotmail be reinstalled without having to apply for a new account?

Hotmail have changed the page comes up. I would first go to another computer and check your hotmail account. If the same thing happens, then the problem is at Hotmail and not your computer. If it doesn't happen, you should check out your computer.

Have you updated your operating system? Go to Windows update and get the lastest critical files.

Have you cleaned out your junk?? Go to www.filehippo.com and download CCleaner. This program will take out all your trash.

When was the last time your ran Defrag?? Do a defrag and restart.

Do you have any viruses on your computer?? Go to www.pandasoftware.com and run a free scan. If anything is found, it will delete the viruses, but if there is anything else, go to www.geekstogo.com and let them know. They are pretty good at fixing these things.
