I also use my toothbrush! lol
Mary Kay has an AWESOME little set for exfoliating lips.
It exfoliated then moisturizes. Makes them real soft.

Honestly... it's called a washcloth. And it can be found in the bathroom section of any major store.
I know they make all kinds of exfoliating lip scrubs but a washcloth is less abrasive and less expensive and does the exact same thing.

The Body Shop used to have a good one
- I don't know if they still make it
Now I just use my towel after I get out of the shower:
my lips are saturated from the warm water, and the dry
towel is just rough enough without being abrasive

I have to agree with Mary Kay. There is a kit that has the exfoliant and a great, light gloss that keeps your lips soft and moisturized all day.

Ive never really used a lip scrub, but let me tell you my lips are like addicted to chappstick if i don't use it they get extremely dry. So I recently discoverd Lamisol cream. It says on the front that it is for breast feeding mothers but on the back it says it is good for dry chapped lips it is awsome. Your lips will look great! You can find it at anystore like wallmart and its inexpensive.

Put Vaseline on your lips, let it set for a few minutes, then brush them with a toothbrush.
Brown sugar and olive oil mixed into a paste works well, too. You can also use it around your lips.

I don't know about a scrub, but something you can do is run your toothbrush over your lips. I do it every morning, it works well and you don't have o purchase anything extra that may or may not work.

My mom taught me to wet your lips with water and gently rub your toothbrush on your lips to exfoliate them. Slather them with some lip balm and voila, smooth lips!

Beauty control makes one that's good and so does mary day.
You could make one yourself at home using a little olive oil and some sugar.
