I think it would be a good idea, the majority of the better superstars are on Raw with the exception of Undertaker, Kane, and Batista. Raw has Cena, HBK, HHH which balance out the major superstars, but the 2nd tier guys are better on Raw. The switch of Kane helped and the return of Mysterio would help too, but a draft would really shake things up.

If WWE kept the brands seperated like they did back in the olden days, sure, but not now. They have just announced that on all the B PPVs, they will have a combination of the 3 brands. Which they hope will improve buyrates.
