dress casual otherwise us men get overwelmed, and start talking first get a conversation, bring it around to different kids crushes and then say that u like him, and he'll probably be a bit slow to react but thats normal so don't be surprised

What NOT to wear: cleavage showing top. You want him to focus on you... not your boobs.
What NOT to say: ANYthing about exboyfriends, or crushes, or what your friends think. Total turnoff.

dress nicely..but keep it casual sexy...
jeans..sweater or blouse...
just approach him..casually..relax..and keep it cool...
be a woman..flirt with him...
you will smile at him..just say very casually..i like you..smile..and let it go at that..
see what his response is..that will let you know how you should proceed.
