Wear the outfit that looks best on you yet is also one of the most comfortable outfits you have. Don't say the thing you're going to say out of the blue, work your way up with this dude. It 's good to become like, acquaintances or something first, then tell the thing. Hope this works!

Wear something close to what you normally wear, but jazz it up a bit. Then when you see him, ask about his weekend, (remember to pay attention) then he'll probably ask about yours. When that part is done, ask what he's doing NEXT weekend. He might give you a weird look, but he'll probably say "I don't know" or "nothing". Take that opportunity to say that you aren't doing anything either.( that is, if he says that he's not doing anything.) So, now that you have established that neither of you are doing anything, say "Well, would you like to out and do something with me?" or some variation of that.
Or you could walk up to him and say, "Hey (NAME), can I have your number?"
However...if you are not of the highschool age and really like this guy then say..."Hey (NAME), I really like you and I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me?" That usually works for all ages.

Well it's always safe to play it cool. If you like him and you are close like friends just come straight out and say that there is something that you have to tell him but you don't want it to affect your relationship. After that it's all down hill. Just say it straight and to the point. But be sure to wear something that you are sure that he will like but cute and comfy! Good luck!

first of all... if you know its other for a long time and teases you sometimes its a good sign that he likes you and you could ask him to go for a walk and you could talk... Try not to tell to your friends but idea will cause you trouble!!! and if you just have met him then try to a friend to relationship not to just friend...for an example try tease him but dont overdo it or rush it go slow on him and when the time comes ask him the ''big question'' .. Just trust me!!!! and about the clothes put something normal that makes you beatiful cause i dont know what you like to say exactly!!! {(^_^)}
