You could try an anti trojan program to remove it but if you do want your system back to factory there are a few possibilities.
1) Many companies like Dell include a restoration disk that will do this for you.
2) I don't know how many companies do this but Dell has started to make a hidden partition that is accessible on reboot and will revert the computer back to factory.

You can restore your computer with the factory disc wich comes with the pc when you purchased, the problem is that you going to erase all the information you have saved in your hard disc.
Options 1:
You can buy a good antivirus, I can tell you this is going to be a good option for you, because if you got a trojan horse once, you going to get it again, that is because the kind of files you download in you computer.
Option 2:
If you know when did you got this virus, you can restart your computer to an earliest date, just turn it off, on again and press F4, choose safe mode (this allow you to work in your Pc without interference) once you are in your Windows Desktop, start-all programs-accesories-system tools-system restore.
Good luck...

If it came with a 'restore' cd, then just stick'er in...... if it didn't, typically, you have a hidden drive that contains your restore. Depending on your computer manufacturer, there are 2 keys you hit when the manufacturer's name FLASHES during boot-up.... which will bring you to restore. Go to the manufacturer's site and find out what they're key strokes are for it.
Another thing, did you try the Windows RESTORE feature. I would try that first - If you have XP, you can restore to "before you got the virus".... it's worth a shot..... Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Restore. It's usually worth a shot - especially if the virus is New.

i have done this quite a few times for different reasons and it,s an extreme move really and takes a long time to get everything put back onto PC plus if you don,t save stuff you lose the lot......make sure you make some recovery disks first if you don,t already have them before going ahead........buy Norton Internet security and let it capture Trojan horse and quarantine it then delete it.....first try system restore back a few days then try partial recovery where you don,t actually lose everything......... failing all above unless your PC hard drive is corrupted you wont actually need the recovery disks but if you do and have not got them you are up the creek without a paddle.......new PC time.......try take PC to PC world and ask them to remove it..........FOXY
