John is attempting to log into his bank.s website to view his current balance. He notices that the webpage layout is awkward and that the pages are loading slowly. His operating system is Windows 95, and he is using an older version of the Internet Explorer browser. Assuming that his internet connection is active and has enough bandwidth to transfer the data to and from his computer, what is one possible cause of this issue?

Windows 95 shouldn't be used to surf the Internet full stop it has far too many security issues and the old Internet explorer isn't designed for the websites of today it needs a major update
