Nordstrom Rack and Off 5th Saks outlet. If you live in a big city, check out Marshalls and TJ Maxx. I've seen them there for very cheap.

Look for a Nordstrom Rack. Its where Nordstrom puts all their discounted things. They always have 7s. I think its in the 80s range.

* ebay ( half of it is fake but there are stilla lot of real ones in your price range if you need help authenticating you can always ask me)

Unless they are used, flawed, or last season you won't find designer jeans "cheap".
Stay away from eBay too... they're all fakes

macy*s on 34th street is a good place to shop they have alot of sales at different times.
